Can Jesus Help Me?

I need help…I want to give up… I hate my life… nobody loves me…I want to die… What’s the point of living? What’s wrong with this world?

Have these thoughts ever crossed your mind at any time?

Then I want to help you find Jesus.

Do you need help?
Jesus wants to help you.

JOHN 14:6
And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever

Are you tired and want to give up?
Jesus wants to give you His strength.

Isaiah 41: 10
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Philippians 4:13
“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Do you hate your life?
Jesus wants to give you his life in exchange for yours and He paid a high price to give you new life in Him. He died to take you out from a life under judgment and condemnation from sin and disobedience to God, and to give you a new life of peace and love towards God and your fellow man.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He sent His only Son that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Do you secretly have thoughts of ending your life?
Jesus invited you to die to your sins and your old way of living and be born again as a new creation where He makes the old you pass away and He offers you a new life in Him. A brand new life. A fresh start.
1Corinthians 5:17
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Do you feel like no one loves you?
Jesus died to prove His love for you
And by His death He earned the right to be the only one who can take your punishment and pay the penalty for your sins by his blood shed on the cross to set you free from God’s righteous judgement that stands against you. Those who do not come under the blood of Jesus remain under the judgement and condemnation that hangs over all because of the sins(lawlessness) that we have committed against a Holy and Righteous God.
Romans 6:4
We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.

All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all

How can Jesus help me?
By His Resurrection He earned the right to be the only one who can be your Savior and lead you into eternal life and back into right relationship with your Creator and Heavenly Father, by blotting out your sins and giving you a clean heart and clear conscience towards a Holy God so that we can stand before Him with boldness when he appears.
1John 2:28
And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming.

So what do I need to do to be saved by Jesus?
Call upon God from a humble heart. Confess your need for Him. Acknowledge Him as your Shepherd who you have gone astray from.
As The Righteous Judge of the Earth whose laws you have broken. As the Holy God who your sinful actions have offended and as the Merciful Savior whose Forgiveness and cleansing you desperately need.

Acts 2: 37-39 Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” 38And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.
2 Timothy 2:22
Now flee from youthful lusts and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart.
Psalm 27:7-12
Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice, And be gracious to me and answer me. When You said, “Seek My face,” my heart said to You, “Your face, O LORD, I shall seek.” Do not hide Your face from me, Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not abandon me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation!
Psalm 86:5
For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, And abundant in loving-kindness to all who call upon You.
